Public bug reported:

Systems fails to suspend (or resume) after toggling "Automatic suspend"
on then off.

Test case:
Start the system.
Set "Settings > Power > Automatic suspend" to "Never" for when the PC is
plugged in.
Wait for some time.
Set "Settings > Power > Automatic suspend" back to "15 minutes".
Wait for some time.
The system goes to sleep but weirdley (the power LED stays of) and then can't
be wakened up (and has to be rebooted).

Happens on a fully up to date Ubuntu 24.04 install on an Asus Zenbook UX410.
The problem has existed consistently across releases for years.

Nothing shows in journalctcl, as far as I know.
