/sys/power/suspend_stats/total_hw_sleep not increased after suspend/resume on
AMD GPU of DCN 3.5.

Proposed fix in upstream commit
5602c7293e663b1316c2002c493037412f8f0de3 ("amdgpu: DMCUB updates for
various ASICs").

[Where problems could occur]
Opaque GPU firmware limited to amdgpu of RDNA 3.5 architecture. There
might be further stability issues that need additional fixes from
kernel, and we can only find out with more deployments later.
