Verified on LPZW-PV-SKU1/2/3 with kernel linux-oem-6.11/6.11.0-1020.20
and the MuteLED can be correctly toggled. But we still have
ColosseumW14N which should be covered by this fix but not working
accordingly. Will discuss with ODM for next step.

Bug description:
  [Impact]
On HP G12 laptops with audio codec RTK ALC3315+CS35L56 amplifier, the
MIC-Mute function is working but the LED state is not toggled accordingly.

  [Fix]
The HP laptops with ALC3315+CS35L56 codec/amplifier needs a new quirk from
Realtek
https://lore.kernel.org/all/2c960ab58b4d4090ad4ee075f8cfd...@realtek.com/

  [Test Case]
press mic-mute hot-key and check if mic-mute is enabled or not by the OSD
icon.
The mic-mute led should be ON when mic-mute enabled, OFF when disabled.

  [Where problems could occur]
They are quirked by particular codec/amplifier combination on specified
SSIDs. Should have no impact for other platforms. The risk should be low.
