Public bug reported:

SRU Justification]

[Impact]

The machines which has the Cirrus audio codec CS42L43 will report
failure after resume from suspend. The system suspend/resume won't be
affected but the jack state might be incorrect.

[Fix]

cherry-pick fix in upstream commit 164b7dd4546b (“ASoC: cs42l43: Add
jack delay debounce after suspend”).

[Test Case]
1. Boot into OS
2. open g-c-c and open sound tab
3. suspend/resume by pressing power button
4. Check if there's failure in dmesg output "cs42l43-codec cs42l43-codec:
Failed to resume for tip work: -13"

[Where problems could occur]
The fix simply add debounce time to make sure the jack state is retrieved
correctly. Should be low risk of regression
