Public bug reported: I have a crypttab configured to ask password on boot. It works fine until and including 6.8.0-49, but on any newer kernel, I simply cannot type the password, i.e. nothing happens. Is as if it's stuck reading the password somewhere else. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2106477 Title: cryptsetup/luks: can't enter password if kernel > 6.8.0-49 Status in linux package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: I have a crypttab configured to ask password on boot.
