Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

On some Dell DT platforms with modules with MT7920 on it, Power House
Mountain catches that during the suspend-to-idle, power state of
MT7920 will get back to L0 after a short period of time (instead of
staying in L1/L2). This will make the ESTAR test fail on those
  platforms.

  [ Fix ]

Mediatek has upstreamed an updated firmware to resolve this issue:

          15442c631 (linux-firmware: update firmware for MT7920 WiFi
  device)

  [ Test ]

  1. Install the linux-firmware and boot. Check dmesg. he kernel should
  load the firmware without error.

  2. Run the Power House Mountain test and confirm that MT7920 stays in
  L1/L2 states during s2idle.

  3. Insert SIM card and confirm basic WWAN and WiFi function.

[ Where the problems could occur ]

If firmware is not correctly loaded or corrupted, this may render WiFi
and WWAN unusable for modules that use MT7920.
