Bug description:
  Customer is seeing this:
  we still see Linux EFI stub failed to boot with this error:

  EFI stub: Booting Linux Kernel...

  EFI stub: Using DTB from configuration table

  EFI stub: Exiting boot services...

  EFI stub: ERROR: Exit boot services failed.

  This failure won't occur when we add the kernel commandline parameter
  efi=disable_early_pci_dma

  THe linux-nvidia kernel has a SAUCE patch to increment this value from
  8 to 16 but 16 is not enough for this customer. There is an official
  upstream patch that will bump this value to 32.
