*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 2068107 ***
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2068107

The error is caused by a 3rd party kernel module (rtl88x2bu) and is not a bug
with the kernel or Ubuntu:
'make' -j 4 KVER=6.8.0-56-generic src=/usr/src/rtl88x2bu-5.8.7.1...(bad exit
status: 2)
ERROR (dkms apport): binary package for rtl88x2bu: 5.8.7.1 not found

The kernel now contains its own module for your wireless adapter,
rtw_8822bu, and logs show that is what you're currently using. If your
wireless is working satisfactorily, then you should remove the rtl88x2bu
module.
