Title:
drm/amd/display: Add check for granularity in dml ceil/floor helpers

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in linux source package in Noble:
  Fix Committed
Status in linux source package in Oracular:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  [Impact]

Wrapper functions for dcn_bw_ceil2() and dcn_bw_floor2()
should check for granularity is non zero to avoid assert and
  divide-by-zero error in dcn_bw_ functions.

  cherry-pick from stable

  [Test case]

this is apparently also a CVE so a specific test case probably isn't
  needed

  [Regression potential]

adds just a check for a non-zero value, and this has been upstream for
a while now so should not break a thing
