needed-focal-linux-iot' to 'verification-failed-focal-linux-iot'.


If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

Bug description:
  This commit is somehow got into focal:linux 2025.01.13 cycle via
  upstream tags. We need to remove this as it is removed before from
  s2024.10.28 cycle. This commit causes ubuntu_kselftests_ftrace tests
  to fail.
