AppArmor tracks the apparmor userspace packages
linux - the kernel fix

There is an open question to whether full mqueue mediation should be
backported to focal. Focal has partial mqueue mediation due to mqueues
sort of existing in the fs, and support for mqueue mediation was already
SRUed to focal apparmor userspace.

The partial mqueue mediation in Focal's kernel has caused some issues,
and the full patchset including the fix for this may need to be SRUed
kernel side.

Bug description:
  Whenever dealing with disconnected paths in mqueues, the kernel logs
  show

  apparmor mqueue disconnected TODO

  which means that disconnected paths for mqueue are allowed by default
attaching it to /
  This should be allowed by policy instead

  A proposal is to have the flag attach_disconnected.ipc and
  attach_disconnected.ipc=/path
