Public bug reported:

The computer will not wake after it is suspended.
It will only recover after unplugging the power and powering it back up. After
troubleshooting I found the cause to be the GPP0 device which is my SSD.

I've workaround the issue by adding:
#!/bin/bash
echo "GPP0" > /proc/acpi/wakeup
exit 0

to /etc/rc.local

Additional info:
Exact motherboard model (Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro-P)
BIOS version
NVMe SSD model (Samsung 970 EVO Plus)
