Bug description:
The e1000e driver (for Intel PRO/1000 network adapters) occasionally
consumes 100% of one CPU core, causing system lag. This issue occurs
randomly, often after system startup or during network activity.
Reloading the driver (sudo modprobe -r e1000e && sudo modprobe e1000e)
temporarily resolves the issue, but it reoccurs after some time.
