Even added myself to floppy group and it made no difference. Format
fails due to read-only but disk does not have READ-ONLY tab slid to that
position.

Title:
Unable to high level format LS-120 Super Floppy

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
No matter what you do, you cannot high level format a Super Floppy.

It's a rather unbelievable situation since FreeBSD seems to have
provided a driver back in 1998 or earlier.

  http://configure.sh/FreeBSD/ls120.html
Ver 1.5 Add ioctl to format LS-120/ZIP

We should be able to DOS format a Super Floppy.
