Title:
Dummy screen detected since last kernel upgrade

Status in linux-hwe-6.8 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I upgraded Linux from 6.8.0-49.49~22.04.1 to 6.8.0-51.52~22.04.1.

After rebooting, a non-existent screen appeared, enabled by default.
It is very annoying for a non technical user (login screen missing,
  lost windows, no panel...).

Do not hesitate to ask if you need more information.

  Regards,
  Yvan
