Public bug reported:

I am using Ubuntu 24.10 and I get a bluetooth audio dropout where the
desktop environment switches from my headphones to the speaker and back
to the headphones within the span of 5 seconds. This happens quite
frequently and even when audio is playing. The syslog shows:

At the exact time that these dropouts happen. The same earbuds work fine
on android and on the steam deck so I think the problem is with the
laptop setup. Can anyone help?
