Title:
unable to suspend with 3.4.0-4.9~precise1-generic 3.4.0

Status in Linux:
  Expired
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  I was testing 12.04 with 12.10 kernel 3.4.0-4.9~precise1-generic 3.4.0.
When I suspend, systems wakes up automatically after few seconds and after
unlocking the screen GUI is frozen, however it's still possible to log-in in
tty1.

I was able to reproduce a bug also in 12.04 with 12.04 kernel.
