Soft lockup in native_safe_halt on CPU#0

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
I am getting these fairly regularly (every few hours perhaps). I have
yet to work out exactly what the cause is, but it might be from, for
example, viewing flash videos or playing with the wireless network
settings. I will gladly give any more information requested, but I am
not sure where this should be filed.
