How is this a bug with dkms? It just looks like you had an old version
of the AMD proprietary driver installed which was too old to build with
6.8 kernel.
Also, you are running 5.19.x kernel in this report, which is EoL
(unsupported, insecure).

I don't believe that I have the proprietary amdgpu driver installed
but thats what it looks like is causing an error. Following
directions online for uninstalling amdgpu proprietary driver still
results in seeing this error.
