This linux-modules respin adds different branches for the OOTM packages, one of which is the "jetson" branch which includes the correct 540.3.0 drivers from Jetpack. The other branch is "r36.3.1" (for IGX usage with 540.3.1). This is an early iteration of the branching meant to quickly fix the version mismatch. The names and implementation may be subject to change for future ABIs.
