Bug description:
  The output of fdisk is

  Disk /dev/sdb: 372,61 GiB, 400088457216 bytes, 781422768 sectors
  Disk model: SAMSUNG HM400JI 
  Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
  Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
  I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
  Disklabel type: dos
  Disk identifier: 0x5d6bec28

  Device     Boot     Start       End   Sectors   Size Id Type
  /dev/sdb1            2048 245762047 245760000 117,2G 83 Linux
  /dev/sdb2       245762048 573442047 327680000 156,3G 83 Linux
  /dev/sdb3       573442048 781416447 207974400  99,2G  7 HPFS/NTFS/exFAT

  All three partitions can be mounted. sdb1 and sdb2 are shown as error free:
  $ sudo fsck /dev/sdb1

  Home: clean, 13310/7684096 files, 12004564/30720000 blocks
  $ sudo fsck /dev/sdb2

  Only partitionmnager 23.08.5 shows the drive as inaccessible, see
  attachment.
