Title:
Bluetooth can neither find new device, nor be connected by paired
  device

Status in bluez package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Os version: Kubuntu 24.10

After recent updates after Oct 1st, the bluetooth failed to work. I
can't use it to find any new device, also the already paired device
cannot connect to it. I compared the log with the past and didn't find
anything related to this bug. I have tried with the latest daily image
which was built in Oct 7th, and it doesn't work too!

If you need any more information, please notify me and i will supply
  it.
