To reproduce:
Try to set Locate state for one of connected drives.
# ledctl locate={ /dev/nvme0n1 }

Expected result:
Status LED on selected disks is locate, status LED on all other disks is normal.


Actual result:
Status LED on all disks is normal, no errors in dmesg or log files (ledctl.log, 
ledmon.log).

This is known regression in kernel, fixed in 6.11. Please apply patch:
