After some research I found this bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/+bug/2077296 It seems that after updating the firmware package after the bugfix for the mentioned bug got released, the updated file board-2.bin is now broken for at least T14 Gen5 AMD. In the mentioned bugfix thread, a person already posted this issue yesterday. However, I am reposting it here as suggested by Timo in https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux- firmware/+bug/2077296/comments/5.
