This is a significant loss of functionality. Attempts to utilize tracepoints fail with the following: perf record -e skb:kfree_skb event syntax error: 'skb:kfree_skb' \___ unsupported tracepoint libtraceevent is necessary for tracepoint support commit 92550b568d33f82de1ac24cb912082ff31aa43ba Author: Andrea Righi <andrea.ri...@canonical.com> Date: Tue May 30 07:27:51 2023 +0200 UBUNTU: [Packaging] perf: build without libtraceevent To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2076190/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
