Iperf shows the network throughput can only reach around 75% of [Fix] The CPU idle state transition C1 -> C1E -> C0 overhead can be too high, so disabling C1E to increase the IRQ latency and DMA speed. [Test] With the patch applied, iperf shows over 95% of network throughput consistently. [Where problems could occur] Disabling C1E can theoretically increase power consumption slightly.
