Usually, Microcode SW error of iwlwifi happens to occur when the iwlwifi driver doesn't match the FW.
For firmware, Focal uses linux-firmware 1.187.39, which has the newest iwlwifi FW: iwlwifi-QuZ-a0-hr-b0-66.ucode (used by the machine reporting the Microcode SW error.) as the upstream.
