I would like to clarify something, just so I understand the issue you
are seeing.

On your system, you get an error when you run "perf c2c record ls".  The
error seems to be having to do with the system having no e-cores, and
just p-cores, and you are running Noble.

Did this work on Jammy, or you have not tried it?  Did this work on
previous versions of noble, and only recently failed after updating?
