The audio in my headphones is very low and distorted at startup. When I unplug
and plug them back into the jack, the sound returns to normal. I'm using an
external HDMI monitor, and initially, I thought it was a default issue with
PulseAudio, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
EDIT: I downgraded from kernel 6.8.0-40-generic to 6.5.0-45-generic, and
this solved the issue.
