Title:
  Suspend wake-up takes ~5mins ( Dell XPS 15 9530)

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
Wake-up now consistently takes some 5 minutes. I suspect the laptop
actually hangs on suspend and not actually wake-up - but the symptom
is a very long wake-up time.

This issue happens with both 6.8.0-40-generic and 6.8.0-1010-oem
  kernels.

  Machine is a Dell XPS 15 9530.

  Relevant syslog output:
[drm] *ERROR* gt: MMIO unreliable (forcewake register returns 0xFFFFFFFF)!
  [drm:add_taint_for_CI [i915]] CI tainted:0x9 by

If I do a shutdown without having tried a suspend, then the maching
shuts down nicely. This is what is shown when I do a shutdown after
  having done a suspend: http://isene.com/x/20240814_142630.jpg
