Title:
  Brightness adjustment goes crazy on Dell Inspiron 1370

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: hal

  Hitting brightness up or down the notification jumps 1-2 points higher and 
directly back to its old position.
  Nothing happend to the display brightness.

  My Dell Inspiron 1370 is running Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala.
  I have updated the Bios to ver. A02.
