Title:
zfs 0.8.1 requires new userland tools for Ubunt 18.04

Status in zfs-linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I am running Ubuntu 18.04:
  lsb_release -rd
  Description: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
  Release: 18.04

Ever since HWE Kernel 5.3 images were introduced, ZFS module is
  shipped in version 0.8.1 .

  modinfo /lib/modules/5.3.0-28-generic/kernel/zfs/zfs.ko |head
  filename: /lib/modules/5.3.0-28-generic/kernel/zfs/zfs.ko
  version: 0.8.1-1ubuntu14.3
  license: CDDL
  author: OpenZFS on Linux
  description: ZFS
  alias: devname:zfs
  alias: char-major-10-249
  srcversion: F3C94D5226BB5E654A00EF1
  depends: zlua,spl,znvpair,zcommon,icp,zunicode,zavl
  retpoline: Y

Unfortuanetly all userland tools for zfs are still for ZFS 0.7.5.

  apt-cache policy zfsutils-linux
  zfsutils-linux:
    Installed: 0.7.5-1ubuntu16.7
    Candidate: 0.7.5-1ubuntu16.7

Could you please provide 0.8.1 userland tools for 18.04 HWE kernels?
