  NIC RTL8168 randomly disconnected from pci bus

Status in linux-hwe-6.2 package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After kernel update to 6.2.0-26 and newer. The my device experience
  network problem from time to time. In the end, I found the NIC card
  actually fall off from the pcie bus:

  ```

  Only reboot can reinitiate the nic.
