This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-azure/6.2.0-1009.9
kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and
update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the
tag 'verification-needed-lunar' to 'verification-done-lunar'. If the
problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-lunar' to
'verification-failed-lunar'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how
to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!

Title:
Update I915 PSR calculation on Linux 6.2

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in linux source package in Lunar:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]
PSR flickering on SHP 5457 was workarounded by a quirk. Use proper fix from
upstream instead.

  [Fix]
Update AUX sync pulse to follow eDP spec.

  [Test]
Use naked eye to ensure the issue is not observed when the fix gets applied.

  [Where problems could occur]
The fix relax the parameter to make eDP work. Though unlikely, DP on i915
might break.
