Public bug reported:

After upgrading Ubuntu from 20.04 to 22.04, I experienced a lot of
problems (nvidia driver crashes, no lan, no WiFi, no Bluetooth, no
Thunderbolt dock, ...). They all went away when starting with a
5.15.0-76-generic kernel that happened to be in my grub menu.

Attached the relevant sections from kern.log, for both boots (5.19 and
5.15). While there seem to be no obviouis error messages, the 5.15 log
contains a lot of information about initializing devices, with no
counterparts in the 5.19 log.

NOTE: You're big-reporting system only accepts one attachement, so I
cannot include separate attachements!

NOTE: This report was done with ubuntu-bug linux FROM THE WORKING 5.15
kernel. (I don't even have network with the broken one)

Description: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Release: 22.04

Expected behaviour: my (network, bluetooth, thunderbolt, touchpad) devices work
correctly
Observed behaviour: only basic functionlity, in particular no network, no
bluetooth, no thunderbolt, only basic touchpad functionality
