Cannot open application windows, as already stated in the bug
description, the window or the whole desktop crashes.

** Description changed:

  KDE Neon 5.27 (Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy)
  
  Kernel:
  linux-image-5.19.0-43-generic
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  0. Install KDE Neon into Virtualbox
  1. Install kernel version 5.19.0-42 or -43 (-generic)
  2. Boot the system
  3. Log in to KDE desktop
  4. Try and open a window or right-click on the desktop
  
  Expected outcome:
  A window opens, or a desktop context menu opens
  
  Actual outcome:
- Desktop crashes, after that system freezes
+ - opening a window: X server crashes. Logging in again and opening a window: 
system crash 
+ - opening a desktop context menu: desktop crashes, after that system freezes
  
  Additional info:
  - dmesg shows a kernel crash trace
  - kernel 5.19.0-38-generic works OK.
