Because this was not included in the 20230515 cycle for Jammy, any derivative of it using the old configs+annotations model will hit a build failure and will need to cherry-pick the fix from jammy:linux:

[Test case] With debian.<kernel>/config/config.common.ubuntu present run the following command: $ fakeroot debian/rules clean updateconfigs [Fix] Replace @perl -> perl. [Regression potential] It's a trivial typo fix. Regressions can be introduced only if we are still using the old configs+annotations model.
