In my Minis forum hx80g now I disabled the IGPU on the bios and after
that the performance improved a lot, there's no more extrange artifacts
and everything works fine.

I can assure you that I was using the dedicated graphics (6600m) because
I tested it on different applications and it was active and described as
Navi 23, it seems that ubuntu have some conflicts when you have a
dedicated graphics and onboard IGPU at the same time on AMD graphics.

Can you confirm if this is a normal behaviour?

Title:
Amd Radeon Navi RX 6600m poor performance

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete
Status in steam package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
I can't open steam because it crashes and there are strange artifacts
on the screen, the performance overall is really bad (for example Age
of empires 2 works bad on 1080p and low settings). I've noticed an
error message on the terminal that says possibly missing firmware each
  time I update grub.

  Currently using 23.04, no PPA's
