In my Minis forum hx80g now I disabled the IGPU on the bios and after that the performance improved a lot, there's no more extrange artifacts and everything works fine.
I can assure you that I was using the dedicated graphics (6600m) because I tested it on different applications and it was active and described as Navi 23, it seems that ubuntu have some conflicts when you have a dedicated graphics and onboard IGPU at the same time on AMD graphics.
