broadcom-sta-dkms can be found on the ISO pool on both lunar-desktop and lunar-desktop-legacy. In the live session, "ubuntu-drivers install" reports that "All the available drivers are already installed", but broadcom-sta-dkms isn't installed. "ubuntu-drivers debug" reports broadcom-sta-dkms as needed.
manual installation of broadcom-sta-dkms does complete but the system still has no wireless interface and dmesg reports that 'wl: module verification failed: signature and/or required key missing - tainting kernel'. The reconfigure/kmodsign/modprobe workaround in https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/dkms-package-support-extra-drivers-does- not-work-in-ubuntu-22-10-install-media/31655 does result in a loadable driver but not a wireless interface.
