Bug description:
  [Impact]
Sometimes the system boots up with both acpi_video0 and amdgpu_bl0 sysfs
interfaces and the acpi_video0 doesn't work.

  [Fix]
Add this machine to the video_detect_dmi_table to force it uses native
backlight interface which is amdgpu_bl0.

  [Verify]
Verified by our QA and ODM.

  [Where problems could occur]
Pretty safe to add the DMI quirk, won't affect other platforms.
