Public bug reported:

When trying to copy large amounts of data at once, I get a fault from
the kernel that there's a bug in buffer.c. (See attached log from
dmesg.) I first encountered it while trying to copy hundreds of gigs of
files from an old Adaptec raid controller to the NVMe drive I'm
currently using, but it also happens copying those files from the raid
controller to a different SATA drive or just copying a lot of stuff from
one directory on the NVMe to another on the NVMe, so it's not particular
to one drive. Once it happens, the kernel sometimes panics. If it
doesn't, I can issue a shutdown command to restart but it gets stuck
trying to unmount the drive. I have kernels 5.15.0-25-generic and
5.15.0-60-generic installed and they both do it.
