I am using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS and I stayed away from the latest non LTS release because this issue already existed there. The problem I have is that every so often in the display I will get rainbow horizontal lines that run from one side of the display to the other and it flashes for like a second or 2 and then disappears. It seems to be triggered by mouse movements. It will be anywhere from 2 to 6 lines of pixels. Please note that this issue did not exist in the LTS release until this recent update. I have been using it since December. It was immediately present on 22.10 and why I went back to 22.04. Seems updates finally caught up to what is in 22.10.
