Title:
External Monitor Blank After Resume from Screen Blank

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1) Description: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS | Release: 22.04

  2) Not sure which package controls the display?

  3) What you expected to happen

I have a laptop screen and an external monitor. My Screen Blank
(Settings > Power > Screen Blank) is set to turn off the screens after
1 minute of inactivity. This works great, both screens turn off after
1 minute of inactivity. I expect both screens to turn back on when I
move the mouse or touch the keyboard, however this does not always
happen and one of them remains blank.

  4) What happened instead

When I go to wake up the screens by moving the mouse or touching the
keyboard, sometimes the external monitor does not turn on (only the
laptop screen turns on) and sometimes the laptop screen does not turn
on (only the external monitor turns on).

This has only been happening for the past few months, in previous
versions of Ubuntu everything worked perfectly. It's starting to annoy
me and I can't find any other bugs like it, so I decided to report it.
