[Fix] One ID for Foxconn / Hon Hai was included in upstream, add the ID to support this BT device. [Test Case] Apply this patch on OEM-6.0 and bring up MT7922 Bluetooth. Check BD address from output of `hciconfig`. [Where problems could occur] This brings up new devices that wasn't working.
