By reading the LVM source I found that unpartitioned CDL formatted DASDs
cannot be included in a LVM volume group. So I guess we should update
the interface to prohibit their use! I would expect that if you add a
single partition to dasdb and put that in the VG instead things will
work.

  Subiquity installer crashes when I create a custom partitioning and continue. 
It is similar to the Bug "191598 - LP1905412- LVM install broken if other disks 
have meta-data on the VG name already"
