Title:
Fn keys sometimes get stuck in repeat

Status in linux-signed-lowlatency package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
On a Thinkpad E15 gen 2 (intel cpu,) pressing Fn+Fx (especially
Fn+F1..F3, the volume keys) sometimes become "sticky" and will repeat
until any key is pressed again.

This seems to happen regardless of FnLock being disabled or enabled
(it just changes the result of the repeated keypresses.)

This doesn't happen in Windows on the same laptop.
