Bug description:
I have a second monitor plugged into this laptop. Under
5.15.0-52-generic this monitor isn't seen by Ubuntu, whether via a
thunderbolt dongle or directly into the HDMI port. When I boot it back
into 5.15.0-50-generic it works just fine.
