[Fix] Add a new IP version in the switch cases that supports DPIA. [Test Case] Connect an external monitor via thunderbolt docking station. [Where problems could occur] DPIA is supported on AMD DCN314 gpu platforms. With or without it may both introduce compatibility issues as what to be solve here.
