I also have a wireless N adapter on usb as well. This was pretty much the same behavior since 20.04. I haven't been able to use this adaptor for wifi for quite a while. I heard that Fedora has no problem with this device. It may be that the order of activation is what needs to be modified. Like activate the bluetooth first, and then make the wifi part active.
