After turning on Accessibility Zoom, with low brightens and high color
options, cursor has problems with being visible, it moves slowly, and
CPU is using too much resources to handle it.

For contrast, turning on "Large Text" in the Accessibility menu doesn't
cause any of these issues.

I don't remember that Zoom option in Accessability menu worked as
expected at any point in history, so I don't think it's related to my
current OS version.
